Hazel Grace

Established in 1988, Kevin Young Designers creates custom residences, renovations, and generational homes across Texas and beyond. Its approach starts with understanding each family’s routines, priorities, and plans before developing floor plans, room relationships, architectural concepts, and functional details. Projects are refined through collaboration, with attention to natural light, cabinetry, outdoor living, and architectural character. The firm also prepares construction documents and offers ready-to-build house plans. For homeowners exploring custom home design, its portfolio demonstrates how thoughtful planning can combine personal preferences, everyday function, and long-term adaptability within one residential design.
